PURPOSES of DEPARTMENT'S CURRICULUM
1.To evaluate current and actual events via historical and conceptual tools provided by philosophy which is a form of human thinking activity.
2. To encourage rethinking of cultural fields that are customarily thought to be extra-philosophical, within historical and conceptual possibilities of philosophical thought
3. Thus, to educate philosophers who are experienced and capacitated to contemplate and theorize in different fields of human action and cultural experience, and to educate philosophers that can reflect on scientific, moral, aesthetic and political issues.
